Family Birthday Party!

Last week was spring break and the kids and I kept very busy. We went to the park, went downtown to the St. Patricks Day parade with a neighbor, and traveled back to Burlington for Landry's family birthday party. During our visit we went to Fun City to play games, ride go karts, and eat! Landry had another birthday party to celebrate with great grandparents, great aunts, and cousins! It was nice to see everyone again. Daddy headed to Florida on a golf trip while we were gone.
Now it's back to reality - back to school and schedules! Here is a Smilebox of Landry's party!

Two of my favorite pictures from this weekend (especially the one of Cole!) I think I'll be bringing along a bubble blower to my shoots from now on.

Spring has sprung!

Not a lot to report this week except... SPRING IS FINALLY HERE! (I hope!) And what a great week for it to have arrived. I'm home with the kids for spring break and I'm hoping to spend most of it outside enjoying the weather. I took a few photos using my 2 new backgrounds. These are their new "spring photos!"

Happy 2nd Birthday Landry!

Landry Anna Glasgow
Born Thursday, March 8, 2007
7 lbs. 12 oz. 21 inches at 3:39pm
6 hours of labor and 6 pushes (those little details moms never forget.) It's a girl!

How 2 years flies by! Here's the little girl today. Spunky, sassy, and sweet as can be!

We had a big birthday weekend. It all started with a gymnastics birthday party with her friends & cousins. They had a great time jumping in the foam pit, on the trampoline, and hopping on the trampoline track. Followed by walking the balance beams and obstacle course. Then it was time for Landry's Purse Cupcake Cake and PRESENTS! I made each little girl a tutu to wear. They all looked so adorable twirling around. Even though I had made a special multi-colored tutu for Landry... she had her heart set on the lime & white one I had made for Gabby. So we did a little switch and everything was fine. But she was a little irritated that someone else had her tutu!
Then that afternoon we headed to the hotel Grandpa Terry was staying at and went swimming and ate pizza. Keeping in mind both of my kids had NO NAPS! But they did wonderful and you would have never known.
Sunday we woke up and Grandpa Nelson made a special birthday breakfast at Cole's request. Cole LOVES Grandpa Nelson's "MESS" (as we call it!) Hash browns, eggs, sausage, bacon, lots of cheese, and several seasonings all mixed together!

THE INVITATION
